The flights in FPV, it is no longer reserved to a fortunate elite and able to fly in wide spaces. The piloting in immersion, it is possible with a device that costs a little more than 40 €. This is the case of the DM002, a nano multirotor of fairly standard invoice, fully equipped to be ready to fly at its exit from the box. It is delivered assembled, with its brushed motors (fixed with connectors (therefore easy to change) and its Hubsan X4 type propellers, a flight controller which is not documented in the data sheet It is supplied with a camera combo 600TVL and a 5.8 GHz 40-channel video transmitter including the ImmersionRC Raceband with a power of 25 mW, 80 mW or 200 mW (only 25 mW are allowed in Europe).
The battery is a Lipo 1S 3.7V of 300 mAh which ensures about 7 minutes of flight. The 2.4 GHz radio receiver is proprietary, associated with a radio remote control in mode 2 only. A basic machine which, if it is sufficiently motorized, can constitute an excellent multirotor to begin the piloting in immersion, at home in indoor. It will be proposed for about 42 € at Banggood (with the port but without taxes), in white or in black. To fly in immersion, it is nevertheless necessary to add a device of reception and viewing of the images in real time. To stay in a floor price, you can opt for the Eachine VR007 mask, at just over € 45. It's not great, but enough to get started! What makes a complete FPV solution for less than 90 €! Not bad ... Warning, there is also a wifi version of the DM002: it is to avoid for the flights in immersion because of a latency too important.
Additionally, if you need to purchase some rc drone parts, you also can search via Banggood website, which is one of the wholesale platform to provide affordable prices, such as hammer airplane, hd keychain camera, etc.
Your point is well made that the DM002 needs a 5.8ghz display to be usable.
