Smart is the new Sexy: Which Character From “The Big Bang Theory” Should You Date

“This is the age of the geek and The Big Bang Theory’s popularity is a reflection of a massive cultural shift where we’re celebrating the brainy, the intellectual and the different – instead of making them an outcast,” said Katherine Brodsky, a stringer for Variety. You’ve got to agree that the Big Bang Theory let geek culture become mainstream and created the idea “Smart is the new Sexy”.

Some of us love this series because of the interesting facts about science, some love it because of the excellent and hilarious script writings, but most of us love it because of those talented adorable geek characters and the awesome chemistry among them. Apparently, Sheldon, Leonard, and Howard have extremely different personality, so who is the most charming and sexiest character for you? Who should you date? Let’s figure it out!

Sheldon Cooper

A theoretical physicist and the King of Nerds

He is an incredible person who is socially inept and amazingly smart at the same time. You might feel he's ridiculous with his many quirky ways but in fact, he is a sorta childish and stubborn one liners. In one word, he is a sincere friend and companion, a weirdo that is truly appreciated.

Leonard Hofstadter

An experimental physicist and Sheldon’s roommate

Although he is also from the “geek world”, Leonard is not that typical, especially in the social world. He is considered to be a very thoughtful boyfriend and cool girls like Penny would love to date him. Not only is he smart, but he also has a sense of humour.

Howard Wolowitz

An aerospace engineer and the only non-PhD

Howie would never fail to make his friends laugh and he delivers lots of happiness to them every day so that he has such a good relationship with everyone. He also owns a unique dressing style which is eye-catching and cute.

After reading all this, you might say, “ alright, they all get their own personality and they are charming in a particular way. But how about me? I don’t have a PhD and I have hardly been praised as smart! “ Don’t worry! The Ecubee Intelligent Spinner will make your life so much “smarter”.

By playing with the APP Control Spinner, you can detect the rotary speed and DIY the LED display text as you wish by APP. This must be the specific kind of smart high-tech toys that Sheldon will be obsessed with. He can totally text his name on the display to warn everyone that no one should touch his exclusive spinner. Besides, by observing the data on APP he can play the spinner in a much smarter way.

By playing with the Bluetooth Music Spinner, you can enjoy your favorite music and relief stress at the same time. I bet Leonard will choose this spinner without any hesitation as he is someone that know the exact way to combine interests and pursuing higher life quality.

By playing with the LED Light Spinner, you can concentrate on the spinning lights and have a deep thought effectively. You probably can’t find any other spinners that suit Howard more than this one! The fancy LED lights are just like his eye-catching clothes which is telling everyone he is who he is.

From the history

Several thousand years ago in the UK, Ireland, Northern France lived the Celts. November 1, they celebrated the New Year. This day is considered the end of harvest and the beginning of a new season: the dark and cold. The Celts believed that the border between the world of the dead and living people is smeared on the night of 31 October to 1 November.

The night when the spirits come back to earth, called Samhain. Scum destroyed crops and crops, but helped priests to predict the future. Therefore, the Celts lit bonfires, staged sacrifice. During the festival people dress up in animal heads and skins, to scare away the otherworldly visitors.

"What is Halloween?" - You ask. This is the same Samhain, but modern. Earth Celts were conquered by the Romans in 43 BC. e. After this national celebration was combined with two Roman holidays: Feraliey (about death) and Pomona (in honor of the goddess of fruit). The symbol of Pomona was an apple, it has become an attribute of the new rites.

The holiday itself was later renamed Halloween. First solemn date was celebrated in English-speaking countries, then them have joined Japan, Korea, Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, the island countries of Oceania, Russia and CIS.

What is Halloween characters

The "All Saints' Day" has its own characters. The most important - it's pumpkin fixtures. The history of their production begins in the Celtic period: while residents made lights to help the souls held in purgatory. In Scotland, the attribute for the light appeared turnips, and in North America it was replaced by a pumpkin. "Lamp Jack" - a pumpkin with a carved face, which shows a sinister grin, inside it - lighted candles. It is believed that this fetus left at home, will banish evil spirits.

Another symbol - the costumes. Popular characters of horror films, frightened villagers. Main topics - the monsters, evil, death, occult. Traditional colors - orange and black.

What is Halloween today

These days, a holiday celebrating love both adults and children. Last go to their homes in costumes and beg for candy. And those who refuse to do mischief. Girls in this day speculating on future husband with the help of apple peel or candles.

Already tradition was the organization of rides, haunted. Their goal - to scare visitors. From "haunted houses" are characterized by the use of corn mazes and haystacks in the symbolism. Halloween in the US brings businesspeople $ 500 million. The technical level of the organization is constantly growing. On the table you have to be apples.

In many countries, preparing fruit in syrup, apple caramel, toffee. In North America, eat candy in the form of pumpkin (Candy pamkiny) and in the form of maize (Candy roots). The structure other than maize and pumpkin include sugar, artificial colors, binders, honey, marshmallow, low-fat cream.
